How to buy property remotely
Video viewings, power of attorney and bank payments: you can buy without travelling to Montenegro every time.
Many of our clients live abroad and cannot come to every viewing. Buying remotely is common, as long as it is well organised.
Live viewings by video
We walk through the property with you on a video call: every room, the view, the neighbourhood and the way to the beach. We also send you a recording to watch with your family.
Power of attorney
If you cannot attend the signing, a person holding your certified power of attorney can sign for you. The power of attorney can be certified abroad, and we tell you exactly what it needs to include.
Payment
Money never changes hands in cash or through private accounts. Payment goes through a bank, under a contract certified by a notary.
Finally we send you proof of registration in the cadastre and hand over the keys, to you or to the person you choose.
